Labels are not responding to a price update

  1. Check if MarketHub PC is turned on in server room. If it is off, turn it on.

  2. Check to see if the network is down, if it is, contact your network provider.

  3. If network is not down, check if there was a recent power outage and if there was, see Reported Power Outage article for more details.

  4. If none of the above are true, contact Support@market-hub.net.
