Campaign Analysis overview

An overview of the analysis section of campaigns

The new analysis section of campaigns give you lots of ways to understand if the changes you are making to your business are going as expected.

For any campaign that is created, the results are analysed and updated every night. Navigate to the campaign you want to view and click into it.

Not every campaign type is measured the exact same way as campaigns can have different goals. For example when you are doing a discounting campaign, you will want to see the impact on volume. However, if you are increasing the price of products, the margin gained might be the key metric you want to see.

A merchandising campaign analysis

All campaigns will have an overview tab which presents summary information. Each campaign will have a Callouts section on the right hand side also, which gives you key information from the analysis. Charts on this page are clickable.

The products tab gives you details on each product in the campaign. The products can be filtered using the callouts on the right. For example if a callout tells you 10 products increased sales, you can click that callout to see those 10 products. You can also add columns when looking at the products.

The Analysis tab allows you to go even deeper into the products in the campaign and use more data points to understand how they are performing.
