Pulse presents a number of insights about your store to help you increase profitability and fix issues that are costing you money. Insights can be found on the right hand side of your Dashboard when you log in to Pulse.
What is the Refunds insight?
Pulse monitors all products in the store all of the time. In respect of refunds, it will always highlight the products that refunds occurred on and their value versus sales over the last 7 days, allowing you to spot any oddities or trends which might indicate fraud.
