Pulse presents a number of insights about your store to help you increase profitability and fix issues that are costing you money. Insights can be found on the right hand side of your Dashboard when you log in to Pulse.
Product selling below RSP
The 'Product selling below RSP' insight highlights product in your store which are being sold for less than the recommended selling price recorded in the till system.
When you click this insight, it brings you to a a grid which displays each product product Pulse has identified as being sold below recommended selling price.
What should you do?
You can review these suggestions and accept a price increase suggestion (to bring the price up to RSP) or discard the suggestion using the exclusions button.
