What if "Product Not Found" is displaying on the handheld?

What to do if your Handheld scanner isn't detecting products

If there is a new product in your store and the handheld is unable to detect it,"Product Not Found", please contact support@markethub.ie with the following information so we can investigate it further:

ย 1. Product description (name of product)
2. Product EAN barcode
3. ESL Label ID (found on the back of the label)
โ€‹
We have not been sent the latest product file from your ePoS provider. We will alert you if this is the case.
