We sometimes hear from users that they are having difficulty opening reports in Pulse on their Mac computer. Whether it's a campaign or program report, the cause is almost always your browser not allowing pop-ups to open in a new window.

This article will show you how to allow pop-ups on Safari, Chrome and Firefox browsers.

Safari

Click on 'Safari' in the menu and select 'Preferences'.

Uncheck the box that says 'Block pop-up windows'. The next time you try to open a report, it will open automatically.

Chrome

If Chrome is blocking your pop-up, you will see a small icon on the right hand side of the address bar.

Click on this icon and select "Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://markethubpulse.com" and then select 'Done'.

Firefox

Once you click on the Report you want to generate, you will see a yellow error message telling you that Firefox has blocked the pop-up.

Simply click the 'Preferences' button this message and select 'Allow pop-ups for markethubpulse.com' from the options that appear. Your report will automatically open and Firefox will remember this setting for next time.
